In the event of serious property damage, e.g. due to fire or water, please contact the VIS Emergency Services at 560 5000. We are on standby 24/7.
Vehicle damage
You can contact Arekstur.is if you need help with filling out a claim form. This service is available in the Greater Reykjavik area weekdays from 7:45am to 18:30 and Saturdays from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. The number to call is 578 9090.
Criminal act
If you have a suspicion of a criminal act, e.g. burglary or vandalism, please contact the police immediately by calling 112.
